This model allows you to pause and resume the service as per your needs, ensuring you only pay for design work when required.

Once you've enrolled in the subscription, you have the liberty to submit any number of design tasks to your pipeline. These will then be attended to sequentially and delivered one by one.

Once you submit a design or video request, our team will promptly review the task details and provide a comment estimating the time it will take to complete. This way, you'll have a clear timeline upfront. Although most tasks are completed within 24 to 48 hours, more intricate projects could take up to a week. We are committed to maintaining transparency and timely delivery throughout the process. More information about this in our welcome package.

These weekly 30-minute meetings serve as a platform for you to discuss ongoing tasks, clarify requirements, and plan for upcoming projects with us. However, we value your time and flexibility. Therefore, these meetings can be shortened, postponed, or even cancelled for a specific week if there's no work to be discussed, or if you prefer not to have the meeting. We're more than happy to adapt based on your needs and preferences.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

We primarily use Figma for design tasks, supplemented by Illustrator and Photoshop as needed. For video editing, we work with Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and CapCut, depending on the project requirements.

At DesignAtmos, we provide immense flexibility in how you submit your design requests, primarily using Trello as our interactive platform. Clients commonly submit their requests directly via Trello, share Google Docs, Notion pages or wireframes, or even record a quick video for those who prefer verbal briefings. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, we can work with it. Our objective is to accommodate your preferences and ensure a seamless process for each request.

No problem! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
